Practice yoga in the outdoor setting where new heights can be reached when you step onto your mat amid the splendor of nature. You can hone your skills and feed your spirit in ways that indoor environments just can't compare. Allow yourself to take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and notice the beauty all around us.

Eligibility:

• Have Cambodian citizenship,
• Want to touch up on their mental and physical health aspects, 
• Have an open-mind to share experiences.

Camp Fee:

• 30 USD

YEP-Academy provides the following needs:

• Camping/outdoor equipment and training materials,
• Facilitation costs,
• Overnight fees,
• Transportation (round trip from the departure point in Phnom Penh to the campsite).

You provide to the program:

• Liking to exchange ideas with other like-minded people,
• Readiness to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone,
