By participating in our camps or training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only collect information necessary for the provision of our services. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking. We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.

​

Booking Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the booking information, including the date, time, and specifics of the camp or training session.

Modification of Booking

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. While we will endeavor to accommodate changes, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and their belongings. However, we shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during participation in our services.

Insurance Responsibility

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage. You agree to bear all costs and liabilities arising from any injuries, damages, or other incidents, thereby absolving YEP Academy from any related financial obligations. However, YEP will provide basic accident insurance coverage during outdoor activities, up to a maximum of 5,000 USD.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the country in which the service is provided.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services without prior notice if a client is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at the earliest opportunity via email at info@yep_academy.org or phone at 010600743. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations made more than four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled camp or training will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made more than one (1) week but less than four (4) weeks before the scheduled camp or training will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  3. Cancellations made less than one (1) week before the scheduled camp or training will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
